Going to new places and meeting new people has been the highlight for me. It has also always been a dream to travel the world and try new cuisines, and I have been loving it so far.

 I mean, everything about it is hard and I think that's why I keep chasing the feeling of getting better. Recently, I've been learning to be more well-rounded and have been more focused on my physical and mental health.

I tend to eat lighter in the mornings and focus on my protein and fiber intake, snack frequently during the day, focusing on replenishing salt and sugar, then I'll tend to carb-load at night (my favorite part!!).

 To be aware of how my body feels and to listen to my body. My relationship with food is super healthy and I think it is important to be aware of what I put in my body.

Nutrition is a huge part of how I feel. If I feel off, I know exactly why and so it is important to track and stay on top of what I put in my body!

 gymii. honestly just makes my life easier and I can travel while being aware of how I eat and thus how I feel. It honestly just takes me 5 seconds a day and it makes a huge difference.
