The toughest part about professional golf is the constant travel and adaptation required. Every week brings a different hotel, venue, country, and course. Building and maintaining routines becomes particularly challenging when you're constantly packing and unpacking, moving from place to place. It's this lack of consistency that really tests your ability to perform at the highest level.

I maintain a straightforward but effective nutrition routine while on tour. My key principles include:

Complete alcohol abstinence during travel periods
Limiting sugar intake, especially in the days leading up to tournaments
No desserts or added sugars starting two days before tournament rounds
Focus on maintaining and gradually reducing weight to prevent injuries and manage inflammation
