I love focusing 100% on refining my craft—nothing else matters. But even more, I love meeting people from all walks of life. Golf brings everyone together, especially at the competitive level.

gymii.'s feed and diary are my go-to's! I love seeing what my friends are eating and all my past tracked meals effortlessly. But I also love the camera features—being able to snap videos and scan nutritional labels makes tracking so much easier.

My focus now is hitting my protein needs, reducing inflammation with a diet rich in antioxidants and leafy greens, and supporting gut health. Had I optimized my nutrition earlier during my student-athlete days, I would have been even more effective and efficient.

I've always tried to eat healthy with a cheat day here and there. I try not to take myself too seriously but also know how much gymii. helps me stay aware of my eating patterns while giving me food inspiration from my friends. It's also a breath of fresh air—a space free from the stress and negativity that floods social media.


Just pure serotonin.
